and when i gave them food they did not eat =[ they just ate off my hand becuase they were "Afraid"of the bowls, and they didn’t even drink water! i had to get the old bowls to give them water!!
so how do i make them eat off their new bowls and drink from their new bowls?
plz! i don’t want my puppies to get used to eating out of my hand!
haha
oh and the bowls are NOT red!

They will use the bowls when they get hungry and thirsty enough!!

Try setting them out and let the dogs explore them.

it takes time for pets to adjust. be patient, they will eat.

try washing them in your dishwasher a few time, and wash the holder with a low odor soap, its more than likely the smell of rubber from the holder, good luck

It might be the new smell. Try rubbing some of their old blankets or toys on them, anything that’ll make them smell "normal" to help get them used to them.

A healthy dog wont starve itself, let them investagate them. THey will learn to use them. Put a small amount of water and food in them, let them check them out. Put a few treats in them.

there is probably a scent of another dog that has licked it or something, you know petstore, people take stuff off the shelf and then let their dogs see if they like it… Just wash it really well with dish soap… maybe its too bright or something…
take the bowls out of the red thing and see if they will eat out of those, it could be the red bugging their eyes…

those bowls are fine.
but i reccomend getting a stand for them a little table that holds the bowls up so it doesn’t hurt the dog’s necks.
put some very taasty food in their bowls or sprinkle some bacon bits or milk in or wet food

This is going to be silly – but they are puppies and are looking to you "their parent" for guidance. Get on your hands and knees and "pretend" to eat the food… This will get them interested. Offer handfuls while near the bowl. More then likely, they will dig right in when they see their "parent" thinks its safe.

try slowly introducing, place them near the old bowls and slowly take the old bowls away. Also you can put their favourite food in the new bowls. You could try bring them up to the bowl and encouraging and reassuring them that the new bowls are just their to hep! Hope this helps!

It might be that they are too shiny and when they get close to it they feel afraid. I had heard about this, but it never hap pend to my beagle I got her a new bowl today she approached with caution but she was ok with it.UMMmm you could try another bowl. A less shiny one would work a lot better.

It’s your way or their way…..you decide. If you want to use the new bowls then that is what they can use….or not. sooner or later they will use them. I have to say, tho the breeds you have are not the brightest. Sorry, but that is probably part of the problem.

Stop feeding them out of your hand and encouraging their fear. They eventually will find that their new bowls will not "hurt" them.
When I got my dog a really shiny new stainless steel bowl when he first came home as a pup, he did that too. He went to get a drink of water, he saw his reflection and was like Holy Sh*@!!!!!! but after 10 minutes he was fine and drank out of it like normal.

2 new puppies at the same time-wow! That sounds like hard work.
The bowls look fine, not too deep or anything. I would give your dogs a treat that they like & then show them that you are putting another 1 in their bowls. This should encourage them to eat from the bowls.
When you put their food in the bowls make enthusiastic noises-mmmm-while putting your face near the bowls. They are just like babies really & should show interest.
Good luck.
