Mom is driving me nuts.?
I am very close w/ my mom, so everytime she does something that irks me, I try to let it go because I know she’s just looking out for me. But EVERY WEEKEND, I mean literally EVERY weekend, she nitpicks in my room. She moves everything around EVERY weekend. & then she throws away things that she thinks is trash… like my expensive designer clothes! I mean, I’ve had enough trouble getting my privacy.
Don’t get me wrong, I clean my room weekly and sometimes three times a week especially since I have a dog that sheds crazily. I try to keep it nice and simple. And plus, I cleaning my room is a stress-reliever for me. And maybe it is for my mother, too. But even though I ask her nicely to stop nitpicking & throwing away things that she thinks is unnecessary, she just gets mad at me.
Is there ANY way to tell my mom to stop this?
I mean, nicely of course because I don’t want to make her feel bad even though I really wanted to secretly because this is getting so frggin’ ANNOYING!

Your going to have no choice but to talk with her about it otherwise it wont stop. so when you are sitting down for dinner or even just watching t.v together, ask her why she is always picking at things in your room, then tell her that you have nothing to hide but you are growing up and need some privacy. she should understand. good luck

I am so mad at my family right now I cannot possibly explain!
I don’t think there’s a way to make your mom stop this -nicely- you just sorta have to start yelling and screaming.
I was just spazzing really loudly and I’m basically drowned in tears right now.

maybe ask her if you can clean her room and throw away her stuff, how would she like that? she is over interfering here.
Please mom I’m not a little kid anymore, I don’t need you or want you to clean my room for me.
